Bets placed on games with a return-to-player (RTP) percentage above 97% may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements.
688bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where 688bet reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or participating in coordinated betting activity designed to exploit promotional mechanics.
A Player may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a prior bonus is active may result in the prior bonus being cancelled without compensation. 688bet reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. In the event of a technical failure occurring after a bet has been placed but before confirmation, 688bet's system records shall be the definitive record of the transaction.
In the event that 688bet publishes odds, game outcomes, or payout information that contains a manifest error — including typographical errors, incorrect odds resulting from a data feed failure, or results displayed incorrectly — 688bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. This applies regardless of whether bets have already been settled at the erroneous figure.

An Account is classified as dormant if it has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 688bet may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts as published in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied. Once the Account balance reaches zero, the dormant Account may be closed.
All content on the 688bet Platform — including but not limited to the 688bet brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 688bet or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 688bet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
688bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. 688bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. 688bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
